Follow the yellow brick road! When a Kansas tornado sweeps young Dorothy Gale and her dog Toto into the magical Land of Oz, she sets off on an unforgettable journey to find the great and powerful Wizard - the only one who can send her home. This enchanting production features talented high school performers bringing energy, heart, and charm to every scene.
Featuring the beloved songs you know by heart - "Over the Rainbow," "Follow the Yellow Brick Road," "If I Only Had a Brain," and more - this Royal Shakespeare Company adaptation faithfully recreates the classic 1939 film nearly scene for scene. Along the way, Dorothy is joined by a Scarecrow who longs for a brain, a Tin Man searching for a heart, and a Cowardly Lion in need of courage, while the Wicked Witch of the West plots to stop them. With the restored fan-favorite number "The Jitterbug" and the Lion's showstopping "If I Were King of the Forest," this production delivers theatrical magic for audiences of all ages and celebrates the timeless message that there's no place like home.
